“Just a big thank you for the LEAD class! My soul hurts knowing I made so many simple mistakes when I was a new supervisor back in the day. I wish I had this class years ago!” – Debbie McClintock, experienced EMS provider and educator
“The LEAD Program gave our team members real skills for them to use every day, along with the theory to back them up. This was the engaging, professional, dynamic content that our supervisors and managers were really looking for!” – Will Dunn, BA, FP-C, NRP, Clinical Manager, Eagle County Paramedic Services, Vail, Colorado
“Thank you again for the LEAD class. I really enjoyed it and have already incorporated a few of the lessons into my department. I really appreciated the value that your entire team brought to the program.” – Jenn W. Oese, Clinical Practice Manager, Summit County Ambulance Service, Frisco, CO
“The LEAD program seamlessly blends the foundation of leadership and supervision with practical, real world, contemporary experiences. The content is always being updated, and is delivered by EMS industry leaders actively engaged in the delivery of outstanding prehospital care. Every attendee completes the training with practical solutions that can be applied at their home agency immediately. The liability avoided by not making common mistakes that other EMS agencies have made far exceeds the cost of the training program. This is a “can’t miss” class for any supervisor hoping to transition to a leadership role.” – Andy Lovell, MICP, NRP, Chief, Gloucester County EMS, Clayton, New Jersey
“This class provided our team with a fresh perspective with regard to implementing meaningful policies and procedures. The instructors bring real-life experiences to the program and present each topic in a captivating way.” – Vincent Maston, Assistant Director of Operations, Ambulance Service of Manchester, New Haven, Connecticut
“We have a fast-paced, high-volume EMS system here with many moving parts. It’s always a challenge to get our front-line supervisors and managers together, but getting them all together for this program was completely worth it. Having us all on the same page is important, and the LEAD Program gave us the pages we really needed to excel!” – Hanan Cohen, EMT-P, CP, CACO, Director of Corporate Development / MIH-CP, Empress EMS / Emergacare NY, Yonkers, NY
