Mark Bober

Mark Bober is a Senior Consultant at EMSaegis, LLC. Mark is the Director for Hackensack Meridian Health JFK EMS at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Mark received his Bachelor of Science at Penn State University in 2003 and his Master of Health Administration from Ohio University in 2016. He is a Nationally Registered and New Jersey MICU Paramedic and Preceptor, and previously served as a Flight Paramedic for MONOC Emergency Medical Services until December 2018. As a provider and administrator focused on clinical quality and process improvement, Mark is a member of the NEMSMA Quality Committee, JFK’s Root Cause Analysis Committee, and serves as the Vice President for the NJ Association of Paramedic Programs. Mark has earned multiple advanced certifications and honors, including FP-C, CCEMTP, Six Sigma Process Improvement Green Belt, Fellow of the American College of Paramedic Executives, two IHI Process Improvement Certificates, and multiple commendations for Outstanding Patient Care/Professionalism.
